BLUE & AMARILLO AMERICAN WHISKEY
Crafted from 100% Texas grains, Blue & Amarillo American Whiskey’s mash bill of 38.5% blue corn, 38.5% yellow corn, 10% rye, and 13% malted barley creates a distinct and memorable flavor profile. Aged in bourbon-soaked barrels and non-chill filtered, this very small batched whiskey is first proofed down with Texas spring water when barreled, then Texas mineral water during bottling, only when ready. True to its roots, it is never blended with neutral grain spirits, ensuring a pure and robust taste experience.
